As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I bring clinical depth, strategic clarity, and compassionate presence into every session. I support clients navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma, eating and personality disorders, OCD, gender-based violence, chronic pain, and grief. My practice is informed by evidence-based approaches and real-world understanding. Many of my clients arrive after other support has failed to meet them where they are.
